Tom has a background in mining and construction, an industry he worked in for 22 years before retraining in archaeology. He graduated from Cardiff University in 2016 and has work on a number of projects across the UK and Turkey, including HS2 both in the field and undertaking post-excavation work. He has an interest in the industrial heritage and archaeology of South Wales and has been involved with several associated projects.
