Joel graduated from Cardiff University in 2018 and obtained a Master's there in 2019.
He then undertook a CIfA accredited training programme in archaeological excavation with Red River in 2020 before being promoted to his current position. He has undertaken projects in England and Germany including HS2. Health and Safety Qualifications
