Victoria Rees MSc, MAEA
Post-Excavation Manager
Victoria has over 15 years’ experience in the heritage and archaeological services sector. She holds a Master’s in Care of Collections from Cardiff University and gained considerable experience of finds and archives while working with the National Museum of Wales. Victoria also has a depth of fieldwork experience working on a large number of projects across the UK. She is currently heading the post-excavation team, overseeing all aspects of Red River’s archaeological finds and environmental samples processing, archiving and other post-excavation work. Her research interests include Bronze Age metalwork, prehistoric bone hunting implements, and she is a Member of the Association of Environmental Archaeologists.
