The Red River Archaeology Group, comprising Red River Archaeology Ltd and Rubicon Heritage Services Ltd, are delighted to announce the appointment of Craig Huddart as our new Head of Business Development in the UK as part of our continuing expansion and growth.
Craig is an experienced and highly competent archaeological practitioner, with over 15 years of experience within the sector, living and working not just throughout the UK, but also in North and South America. He joins us from his previous role as Technical Director for archaeology at Wardell Armstrong.
Craig has significant experience in managing large scale national infrastructure projects and works, especially in the renewable energy sector. He has managed archaeological works for onshore connections for Triton Knoll Wind Farm in Lincolnshire on behalf of Siemens, and Carnoustie to Tealing for an offshore wind farm on the Scottish east coast on behalf of Seagreen.
He has managed archaeological and built heritage works on HS2 in southern England, and for the A1 improvements in Tyneside, Northumberland and North Yorkshire on behalf of Highways England and at Thorpe Park mixed use development (housing, commercial, road and rail) on behalf of Scarborough Group.
Craig will be engaged in sourcing new revenue streams for Red River, developing and expanding our client base and strengthening existing portfolios. You can get in touch with him at craig@rrarc.co.uk
